Chinchilla Family

I am THRILLED to show you this family! I was honored to capture the Chinchilla's on a mini Beach called Nearn's Point on Fox Island. For those of you that are not local, Fox Island is an island on the puget sound located about 5 miles from Gig harbor, WA.

This was one of the first sunny days this season. I was so happy to see sundresses and sandals again! There were paddle boarders and boaters out, while kids ran around on the beach  building sand castles, and some out in the water swimming.  Ahhh, I feel like we skipped spring and went straight to summer - no complaining!

During this session, I instantly fell in love with these girls.  I mean just LOOK how cute they are! The older one had the cutest expressions on her face, while the younger one, who just turned one, was trying to walk and loved looking around at the boats and rocks on the beach.

Throughout the evening, the girls become more comfy with the camera, and started to act silly, which is my most FAVORITE part of lifestyle photography! The little one loved loved LOVED looking up at her big sis; holding her hand, and giving hugs and kisses.

Mom and Dad wanted it to be mostly about the girls but I could not NOT encourage them to get in! They had a blast laughing together and I know they will LOVE these images of their family up on their wall!

So finally we get some sun! I am going to hope it will just stay like this for the next two season! {fingers crossed}. It was a pleasure to work with the Chinchilla Family and I am looking forward to seeing them again!
